My Review Rating – 5 Stars

Fortune Redding returns with her 2nd week at Sinful and yet another murder. This time, Pansy is dead and Celia is determined to pin it on Fortune. The mystery is tricky this time too, but the humor never falters. Jana Deleon has a brilliant art of mixing mystery and humor in just the right proportions so as to not have too much of either.

The characters of Fortune, Ida Bella, Gertie and Marie is fabulous and engaging. You cannot help but fall in love with the Sinful Ladies Society (SLS). The 2nd book in the series hints just enough to make the readers wonder if Carter and Fortune will end up together. They will, of course, make an amazing couple, if they can just keep from stepping on each others’ toes.

Yet another fabulous read of Miss Fortune Series.
