Books set in places one wants to visit

Day 12 was spent on Eline’s blog discussing A book cover with a great Summer feel to it. It was amazing talking about Summer books and the enhanced feel of reading it in Summer. Did you miss the discussion? Click on the link with the title and check it out. Now we move on to our topic on Day 13 (which is my lucky day) to Becki’s blog A booklover’s adventure to discuss “Books set in places you want to visit.”

Summer time is blog hopping time. We are spending the whole summer celebrating Summer Bookish Blog Hop by hopping from one blog to another discussing books, reading, reviewing and all things Summer-y. Want to join us on our next blog hop? Join our Facebook Group.

We book lovers are dreamers by default. And being dreamers, most of us are armchair travellers. We love to travel to different places through our books and its stories. At times, when we readers turn into writers, we manage to visit all the other places by setting our stories in those unexplored territories.

Armchair travelling is as big a part of our life as reading is, and therefore, some books become closer to our hearts as they are based in places we love to visit. And it is this topic that we discussed on Becki’s blog A booklover’s adventure through “Books set in places you want to visit.

In this discussion, we have Brandy Potter, Jo Linsdell, Leslie Conzatti and Kim J discussion their favorite books based on their favorite location. Why don’t you check out the blog and see if they speak about any of your favorite locations or books? I am sure something might interest you. If not, why don’t you share with us about your favorite location based on your favorite books? Check out the blog by clicking on the link above.

On Day 14, we are on Lezlie Conzatti’s blog discussing books set in summer. Click on the link to check out the blog of the day and enjoy the discussion – even participate in it!
